“Joy of Brass Quintet & Music Educator”

Mujeong Son, Native of Busan, Korea is currently the trombone player with Joy of Brass Quintet which won the Artsylvia Chamber Music Audition in 2019. He earned his Bachelor of Music in Trombone Performance from Korea National University of Arts.

Mujeong recently performed with Sejong City Philharmonic Orchestra and Korea National Police Orchestra as the Principal Trombonist. He is a former tutti trombonist for the Seoul Arts Center Festival Orchestra. He has performed with Macao Orchestra, Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra, Chungbuk Philharmonic Orchestra, and T.I.M.F Ensemble as a guest player.

Mr. Son is an active music educator throughout South Korea.
