Warranty Information

We have a one year warranty on any part or component we provide that is defective in manufacture or assembly. This warranty is limited, in the following ways: We do not cover breakage due to abuse or lack of maintenance. We do not cover scratches to the valve casing due to improper removal or replacement of the rotor. If the valve or valve/lever section is installed permanently on a horn, we do not warrant the horn; just the parts we provide, and we do not cover the installation labor or activities involved in the actual installation. We warrant the original epoxy laquer finish to be free from significant defects upon delivery to you. We do not warrant that the laquer will resist all scratches or corrosive elements. Maintenance issues that void the warranty include: lack of lubrication, incorrect lubrication (we will define correct lubrication), foreign bodies inside the tubes (don't ask, you already know!), grit or dirt contaminating the outside of the valve, lack of cleaning.
